Yoga means union—a union of mind and body, breath and movement.
Yoga can help foster a greater unification of our outer and inner selves. Additionally, it can engender a greater sense of community and connection. I do yoga because it often helps me feel like my best self—beautiful, strong, capable, and connected. That is my hope for each and every one of you who does yoga with me—to feel more like yourself afterwards, to feel more of that joy of being who you truly are. Join me for an outdoor class, an online session, or a little meditation to brighten your day.

Mynd-Body Creative + Rise and Rave
Chef and restaurateur, Jacqueline Howard, of Kitsch Café in Baltimore, Maryland, invited us to lead a yoga sequence at her first annual Rise and Rave event. Rise and Rave is a sober, morning dance party to get people of all ages up, moving, and feeling good in the morning, because, in her own words, “our drive is to get people to care about one another…the more positivity there is in the world, the better off we all are.”
